I had previously just visited the office and I was wondering why I still couldn't use my card. It turned out everything was good until I used it and I was declined each time, so I called it was for security reasons but at least I know they are doing their job and I needed a new card came in and I left with a new card tbat worked in less than a hour on a Friday!!?
